Words cannot express how excited I am for my sister-in-law, Cara Mangini. This book has been years in the making, and she has poured her heart, soul and incredible depth of culinary knowledge into these pages. The Vegetable Butcher will change how you look at produce and give new inspiration in the kitchen. 

The media blitz is just getting started, but press about Cara and her book is already hitting the stands.
